Fort Worth Chapter of Credit Unions: Support for USOtag:www.fwcuc.org,2005:TypoTypo2008-04-11T16:28:54-05:00Scott Wardsward@unityone.orgurn:uuid:57fc6096-427b-4299-a469-69dba48eea2c2008-03-14T12:14:00-06:002008-04-11T16:28:54-05:00Support for USO<p>At our March meeting, we will be taking donations of new children’s books to support the <span class="caps">USO</span>’s <a href="http://www.unitedthroughreading.org">United Through Reading Program.</a> When we collected money and books last time we were able to donate 73 books and money for <span class="caps">DVD</span> expenses.</p>
<p>Coincidentaly the Star Telegram recently ran a feature on the program and the efforts of Willis Lane Elementary in Keller. Here’s the <a href="http://www.star-telegram.com/407/story/525472.html">link</a></p>
<p>We encourage you to bring books or a cash donation to our dinner on the 25th.</p>
